Starting in 2025, the Singapore Moo-O Awards will be for Primary 2 students from MOE schools.
This digital storytelling competition celebrates students’ ability to read aloud expressively in English through the Moo-O videos they create. The Awards aim to motivate young learners to improve their reading skills and nurture a lifelong love for the English language through a fun, engaging, and immersive reading experience.
