Potato Pal 1 Stories
The six stories in Potato Pals 1 cover a day in the life of the six cute Potato Pals. The stories teach 48 useful phrases that young children can use to tell the story of their own daily lives from when they wake up in the morning to when they go to bed in the evening.

Learn
The "Learn" section contains over 150 useful daily words presented clearly with appealing images and supported with audio for children to repeat, developing confidence in English.

Read
The "Read" section offers readers six different Potato Pals stories to enjoy. They are illustrated, and brought to life with charming animations. All the words from the "Learn" section appear in the stories in context. This is a great way for young learners to remember and practice new language. Each of the stories teaches a useful topic such as colors, numbers or shapes. These topics are integrated into the illustrations in each story, helping young learners of English to learn words and phrases in context.

Tell
The "Tell" section makes the reader the star of the show! There is no better way to encourage young learners than to make them feel special and to give them the opportunity to show what they can do. In this section they make their own version of the stories with their own face appearing in the story illustrations.

Sing
The "Sing" section contains a song for each story that contains all the phrases the children have now learned. They can listen to the song and then record a karaoke version of themselves singing.
