Welcome to Moo-O. These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the Moo-O app and the Moo-O website.

By using any of these services, you agree to follow these terms.

Definition

• Moo‑O refers to the Moo‑O app.
• Moo‑O Website refers to the Moo-O website hosted on the domains moo-o.tv and moo-o.com.
• Content includes anything you create, upload, or share using Moo‑O. This may include videos, audio, images, animations, filters, music, feedback, comments, and other media.

1. Who Can Use Moo-O

• Moo-O is designed for educational use by students, teachers, and schools.
• Users under 13 must have permission from a parent, guardian, or school.
• All users must use Moo-O in a respectful, responsible, and lawful way.

2. What You Can Do

• Access the interactive features for each story
• Create and publish Moo-O videos using the Act and Tell functions
• Collaborate with classmates or teachers
• View training materials and examples
• Ask for help or learn more about Moo-O
• Give and receive feedback or comments for learning

3. What You Can’t Do

• Share content that is inappropriate, harmful, or offensive
• Pretend to be someone else
• Use materials you don’t have permission to use
• Harass, mislead, or harm others
• Access or change another user’s account or data
• Post bullying or hurtful comments

4. Your Content

• You own the content you create on Moo-O.
• By publishing it, you allow Moo-O to host and show your content as part of its services.
• You are responsible for getting permission to use any third-party materials (like music, images).
• Content includes your final video and all related parts, including comments and feedback.

5. Student Content and Privacy

• Student accounts may be managed by teachers, parents, or schools.
• Moo-V follows laws like COPPA to protect student privacy.
• Schools and teachers must ensure proper consent is collected.

6. Account Use and Security

• Keep your login information private.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If there is unauthorized access, contact Moo-V support immediately.

7. Changes and Updates

• We may update features or these Terms from time to time.
• We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are made.
• Continued use means you accept the new terms.

8. Ending Your Use

• We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.
• We may also close inactive accounts after 12 months.
• You may request to delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer

• Moo-O is provided “as is.” We try our best to keep it working well, but cannot guarantee it will be free of problems.
• We are not responsible for any losses or issues from using the platform.
